Three years after Whitney Houston was laid to rest in the Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, N.J., her daughter with Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina Brown, was buried next to her. On Monday, Aug. 3, Bobbi Kristina, who passed away on July 26 at age 22, was transported to New Jersey for the burial.
Her funeral was held in Atlanta, Ga. on Saturday, Aug. 1, six months after she was found lying facedown in her bathtub on Jan. 31. The circumstances were eerily similar to Houston’s death in her Beverly Hills hotel room in February 2012.
The road leading up to the cemetery was closed to the public in the morning hours of Aug. 3, and the motorcade carrying Bobbi Kristina’s body arrived just after noon. There were two SUVs with blacked-out windows carrying family members to the gravesite.

Days earlier, Leolah Brown, the sister of Bobby Brown, made a scene at Bobbi Kristina’s funeral, shouting at Whitney Houston’s sister Pat, “Whitney is rolling over in her grave! You are so wrong for this, Pat!”
After she was taken outside to calm down, Leolah was allowed to finish out the rest of the service inside.
